The National Association of Broadcasters - NAB is the primary trade organization of the broadcast industry. The Society of Professional Journalists - SPJ is the primary membership organization for working journalists, regardless of medium. The Bureau of Labor Statistics - Visit this agency's site for information on CPI and assistance converting figures for inflation. NewsEngin Inc. - NewsEngin is a reliable place to go for assistance with inflation figures and other math used in reporting. Bloomberg News - In addition to providing news on the latest in the business realm, Bloomberg has company profiles, stock histories, and other useful archiving tools. The Public Relations Society of America - PRSA, a national organization with a strong local presence in Las Vegas, is a good place to network and find jobs.
