Welcome to my website. I’m a professor of higher education leadership in the department of Educational Research, Cognition & Development at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
My research interests include faculty members and [midlevel] administrative worklife issues, leadership and academic governance, and advanced quantitative research methods. I’ve conducted system wide and national studies on worklife, satisfaction, morale, and the intent to leave of faculty members and midlevel administrators in higher education. My primary method of analysis is single and multilevel structural equation modeling.
