PROGRAM GUIDE

There are two primary modules in this program:

1. an overview to introduce the application of single-case research designs.

2. a tool kit for statistical analysis of data obtained in single-case studies.

The overview includes a general introduction and sections devoted to research design options, measurement issues, and description of tools for statistical analysis.

The actual statistical analysis programs are in the tool kit. There are instructions you will want to review before beginning an analysis.

The intent of the program is to supplement coursework and texts. Selected references with more comprehensive information about the advantages and limitations of the single-case design are provided.

This program was written to be interactive. With periodic review questions as an option, a linear approach takes you through an overview of single-case research designs and a description of statistical tools for single-case research. Links are provided for easy movement between components as you become more familiar with the concepts and tools.
