I took this picture from above Cathedral Canyon which lies
just outside Las Vegas, NV. The aesthetics of the image are
unimpressive, but I include this image because the canyon is one of the
more surreal places I’ve ever been to. You find here a strange
juxtaposition between nature and human-made, religious and secular, form
and function. Unfortunately, the place has been placed off-limits
supposedly due to vandalization.
