Welcome, this is the website for the Policy Analysis graduate course PSC 723/EPS 710. The purpose of this page is to provide a space to upload and build on prior course material on the three policy issues we examine (Mass transit; State Pension System; and Local Mental Health Delivery) and to present material on a collective class research project. Previous courses examined the Nevada State policy mandating School Improvement Plans and the local school districts attempt to evaluate a parental involvement program. This year the class will be examining a long standing policy goal of Las Vegas/Clark County of building a new sports arena and luring of a major league professional sports franchise. Prior reading summaries, literature reviews and bibliographies can be found on this site.
