I joined school of Informatics within Engineering College as an assistant professor at University of Nevada, Las Vegas in Aug. 2006.

I was a tenure-track assistant professor at Computer Science Department at California State University, Sacramento from Aug. 2003 to July 2006.

I also worked as a software engineer at Coree Networks, a start-up company, which sadly has disappeared into the graveyard of history.

I worked at Lucent Technologies, Optical Networking Department in Holmdel, NJ as a member of technical staff for a couple of years.
