OBJECTIVE
To work and continue to
learn as a scientist in a team environment on new, helpful, and challenging
problems in the fields of science including, but not limited to, energy, solar
technology, fuel, environment, or medical while being about to use and
incorporate mathematical theory and analysis and computer programming in a
multi-tasking environment.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
- Undergraduate mathematics professor, lecturer
and grader for 7 years
- Organize course schedule, lesson plans, and
cover all topics within given time frame
- Primarily teach courses that have non-math
savvy students, and excel at explaining difficult topics to them in
multiple ways to help them find a particular method they can understand
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Explain by lecture and visualization
mathematical jargon and concepts
- Help foreign peers with their teaching
assignments and instruction, sometimes interpreting things to them in a
way they can understand, helping to improve their English skills
- Able to relay technical mathematics and
computer information to non-technical people in a way they can understand
LEADERSHIP/SUPERVISORY SKILLS
- Mentor fellow peers and helping them with
coursework and teaching assignments
- Trained a non-degreed individual on servers,
networking, PCs, and software
- Helped my mother organize and instruct her Girl
Scout troop
- Organize departmental social activities,
President of UNLV Math Club
- On College of Sciences Dean’s Committee for two
(2) years
