Sex Offender Database (Nevada) – increasing the utility of a generic database.
Reducing Car Theft in Nevada – passing a bill that would require rental agencies to 1. take a thumbprint (to be destroyed upon return of the vehicle and not maintained or shared with any agency unless reported as stolen) and 2. mandate a copy of the drivers license which shall also be maintained in likewise fashion. Currently, Nevada ranks #2 nationwide in car theft and law enforcement needs tools and practical measures to assist them and the public to ensure vehicles are not stolen and if stolen, those responsibly are readily detected and prosecuted.
Increasing Recycling – decisively and fundamentally increase, shift, improve, pass on and provide both market driven and reasonable public-supported and progressive incentives, and to readily identify to the public what waste is recylable.
