Risk: Health, Safety and Environment This official journal of RAPA was published by the Franklin Pierce Law Center from 1989 - 2002. RAPA still owns the name and copyright, and has selected an editorial board to re-establish the journal under Editor Adam Finkel, and co-editors Dale Hattis, David M. Hassenzahl, and Kristen Shrader-Frechette. The editorial board anticipates that it will soon begin accepting submissions for the next issue: contact Adam Finkel for information about submitting manuscripts.
