commonly used distributions, sampling distributions, point estimation, interval
estimation, hypothesis testing, nonparametric tests, categorical data analysis,
introduction to regression and design of experiments.

Computer Software: The statistics package "R" will be used in this class. This is an open-source software for both mac and pc that is widely adopted within academia, business, and government. I will have a running list of R commands that I will hand out with all quizzes and exams. You can download R at http://www.r-project.org.
Class Policies:
Class attendance is expected. No late assignments, quizzes,
or exams will be accepted.
